Shanghai Shenhua defender
was shown a red card and fined his wages for an entire season after

In
a world where Zlatan Ibrahimovic is given a three match match for a
delibrate elbow to the face of a defender, Sheng was given the heavy
fine and relegated to the reserves, Shanghai Daily reports.
Belgium international, Witsel, tumbled to
the ground after the stamp from his opponent as the pair clashed in the
penalty box while waiting for a corner.
Shanghai announced that Sheng will be fined ¥300,000 (£35,000) and have his wages docked for the rest of the season.

He
will train with the reserves and any transfer request presented should
he decide he wants to leave before his contract runs out will be
blocked.

Quanjian in the game that saw Sheng dismissed, with Witsel scoring the

Jose Mourinho says Antonio
Conte's Chelsea side will not be leading the Premier League table this
season if he had led the Blues to European football.

Jose Mourinho
The current Manchester United coach was sacked last season by Chelsea after seeing his side closer to the relegation places.
The
Portuguese has now claimed that his failure to achieve European
football for the Blues means they have less matches which has help them
rise to the top of the table.

Chelsea have looked rejuvenated under Antonio Conte this season
Speakng
ahead of the FA Cup clash between Manchester United and Chelsea on
Monday, March 13, Mourinho blamed the Chelsea player he worked with for
theur inability to achieve European football.
"The most difficult thing to have is the time to work [on the training pitch] and they have time to work," Mourinho said.
"I
know that he [Conte] said a couple of weeks ago that it's not his fault
that they are not in the European competitions - it's my fault and the
players' fault.
"But the reality is that
he got a situation in his hands where they have time to work, time to
rest, time to relax, time to disconnect, time to travel, time to have
holidays, time to go and enjoy America for a couple of days, they have
time for all of these things, so they are in a position of privilege,
the same privilege that Liverpool had a couple of years ago when they
almost won the Premier League.

Antonio Conte
"But
I don't want to say that they don't deserve credit for it. I know what I
did at Chelsea but I am the kind of guy that when I move I have no
regrets and I am not looking for bad feelings at all."
Mourinho's Manchester United travel to Stamford Bridge on Monday for an FA Cup quarter-final clash against his former club.
Mourinho's side side are still competing in the Europa League as well as the Premier League and the FA Cup.
